Nothing quick and easy........this is what we used to do on the old british bikes that I grew up on.
Remove tank.....drop a handfull of old nuts and bolts and a halfpint of gasoline in the tank and shake it for a while.
Remove bolts, rinse out with clean gasoline and refill. Try to keep the tank full so condensation does not form inside.
